4. All pupils should experience a two-week work placement because it'll' help them to prepare themselves for employement. They'll have to do a motivation letter to explain why they want that work and why the employer must chose them and the other one. Thanks to the jobs they'll experience responsabilities and they'll see how hard they'll have to work to be trusted and they might discover the job the like. So it is really important to make them aware of the work.
